Ciji Wagner
Ciji has quite the eclectic path that led her to where she is today. She grew up in rural Pennsylvania, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, worked at a mix of bakery and restaurant gigs over the years, and started consulting in 2012. After planning to start a company focused on reducing food waste, she instead found her passion and her motivation by founding Louder Than Silence (LTS) in 2018.
Her work at LTS is built on two core beliefs: survivors of sexual violence have already paid enough and community is the antidote. The organization offers trauma-specific resources, like EMDR therapy, as well as robust survivor community support via workshops, retreats, writing clubs, book clubs, and more. All of this is offered to participants for no cost, for as long as they need the help.
In doing this work at LTS, Ciji developed a system to help others connect deeply with the people in their lives, understand themselves, and grow to be the people they want to be. This is what she now offers as part of her coaching and consulting work.
Over the course of her career, Ciji has presented over 150 times, bringing her calm and engaging presence as she speaks from years of personal experience, as well as her unique ability to explore a particular topic deeply and then share her knowledge in a way that's easy to understand. In 2025, she became a best-selling author of Empathy Impact and has other writing projects in the works.
